West Babylon man faces animal cruelty charges

A West Babylon man is facing charges after being accused of animal cruelty.
The Suffolk SPCA says 27-year-old Jovan Robinson didn't give proper food and water to his 10-year-old pit bull, named Tank.
Robinson will be arraigned on charges next month.
