The second annual We Fight Like Girls walk was held in Long Beach Saturday to raise money and awareness for breast and ovarian cancer.

The charity was started by Garden City native Mikaela Rix and her sisters, Marguerite and Morgan.

Marguerite, 26, recently beat ovarian cancer while 28-year-old Mikaela is healthy after a battle with breast cancer.

The organization raised over $70,000.
