A water main break on Saturday morning caused big puddles and big headaches for East Meadow residents.Residents at the Knolls senior complex in East Meadow say large volumes of water gushed out of the broken water main. Water was temporarily turned off for residents in an effort to control the problem. Residents say any water that did come from their faucet was brown.People who live in the community say they had problems with the parking lot flooding during rainstorms. Workers were adding drainage wells when they broke the pipe.
