Urban Health Plan hosted its annual Fiesta San Juan Saturday with the intention of educating the borough's residents about health issues that are affecting them.

The signature event was Urban's way of thanking the community for entrusting the company to fulfill their health care needs.

Most of the kiosks were run by Urban staff, and the event is completely free.

Organizers say the creative staff picked a 70s theme for this year's event.
