Police are searching for the person who used fake money at four Suffolk County businesses. 

Police say the suspect used fake $100 bills to buy low-cost items and received real change for his counterfeit money.

The purchases were made at a Calverton gas station and several restaurants in Wading River and Riverhead on Oct. 1.
