News 12 Storm Watch Team meteorologist Sam Augeri says there will be heavy winds and periods of rain Saturday.

Before that, calmer weather returns for Thursday and Friday with highs in the upper-40s.

Augeri says there is a chance of thunderstorms over the weekend.

Sunday will be sunny, but windy and cold with highs near 37 degrees.
