Big honors for Stony Brook University Hospital. It has been named one of America's 100 Best Hospitals for 2020 by the website Healthgrades.

Stony Brook is the only hospital on Long Island to receive the recognition for the past two years.

Healthgrades says patients at Stony Brook had a lower chance of dying, compared with other hospitals.

Patients were also more likely to have a successful treatment without major complications.
