Southampton Town Police responded to a call for a reported parachute falling into the water off Sag Harbor Tuesday night.

According to police, the caller said it looked like someone was "kicking" at the waves.

Upon arrival, officials say what the caller reported turned out to be six mylar balloons with images of Dora the Explorer on them.
