Target issued a recall of a popular weighted blanket after the deaths of two children.

The recall is for Pillowfort Weighted Blankets sold exclusively at Target stores and online.

Federal consumer officials say a child can get trapped inside by unzipping and entering the blanket - leading to asphyxiation.

In North Carolina - two girls died after sealing themselves inside while playing.
