Police are investigating a deadly crash in Central Islip where a young woman was thrown from her car. 

Investigators say Crystal Fuentes, of Central Islip, lost control before midnight on Motor Parkway.

Fuentes' car went off the road and spun around.

Police say the 22-year-old was ejected and died at the hospital.
