Police say one person has died following a crash on the Sunken Meadow Parkway in Commack.

State police tell News 12 the incident happened around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday southbound, just south of Exit SM2.

News 12 has learned the crash involved a motorcyclist and a vehicle. The motorcyclist died.
