Police say a body was found Sunday morning in Patchogue.

Police say a kayaker made the gruesome discovery in West Lake.

Divers went into the lake as concerned neighbors - whose backyards face the lake - looked on.

Police recovered the body, and the medical examiner will determine the cause of death.

Police say at this point they believe there's no foul play involved.
