Police say they have arrested a man after some early morning car break-ins in Nassau County.

In home surveillance video obtained by News 12, a man is seen wandering around cars in Merrick in the snow on Thursday morning. The video shows him trying to open the door of a parked car on Birch Drive.

Police say they found Gregory Jackson ,18, of Brooklyn, near the location. Jackson was allegedly found hiding near a bush and tried to run from an officer.

Jackson is accused of having credit cards and license IDs from several cars. He will be arraigned in Hempstead later this morning.
