Police are asking for the public’s help finding a man they say stole $20,000 worth of items from a Southampton storage facility.

Authorities say on New Year’s Day, a masked man hit 24 units at Life Storage on Mariner Drive before taking off in a dark colored SUV.

Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to contact Suffolk Crimestoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
