Police have arrested a 35-year-old man for allegedly stabbing his boyfriend's landlord with a kitchen knife Tuesday.

Police say Anthony Cook stabbed the landlord during an argument and then tried to hide in a closet before officers found him.

The victim was rushed to the hospital and is expected to survive.
