A man was seriously injured Monday after being struck by a small bulldozer in Malverne, police say.

They say he was doing construction work at a home on Legion Place when he was hit.

News 12 is told the victim suffered a serious head injury and was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

There is no word yet on his condition.
