Police arrested two Uniondale men for allegedly shooting a man and pistol whipping a woman Saturday on Grand Avenue in Baldwin.

Police say the 21-year-old male victim was struck in the shoulder, thigh and ankle. The woman, 28, was pistol whipped in the ear.

Both victims are expected to survive. Police have not released their names. 

Police charged Iquan Drew, 27, with the shooting, and Steven Smith, 30, for allegedly hindering the investigation.
