Air travelers will soon have fewer options at MacArthur Airport.

Penair is ending its daily flights from MacArthur to Boston in July. 

The Alaska based airline only starting flying out of Islip last July.

 

A spokeswoman says there just hasn't been enough business.

The news comes just weeks after Allegiant Air announced it was suspending flights to Florida from May through December.
