Officials say a woman was rescued after her SUV collided with a cesspool truck in Commack Friday.

The incident occurred at the intersection of Veterans and New highways.

Firefighters needed to use the Jaws of Life to get the woman out of her vehicle.

She was airlifted to the hospital in an unknown condition.
