The Riverhead School District says two of its students were followed while walking to school.

District officials say on Tuesday, the high school students were followed by a silver pickup truck as they were walking back to the school from lunch.

According to officials, the truck pulled up and the driver asked them about their social media profiles.

The teens ignored the driver, walked back to school grounds and reported the incident.
