Police say a young man was shot during an armed home invasion in Shirley. 

The incident happened on Lexington Road just after 9 p.m. last night. 

Police say three men broke into the home and a 24-year-old man was shot in the leg during the incident. 

The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries. 

So far there have been no arrests. 

It is not known if the men got away with cash or valuables.
