Police say they have arrested a man accused in an East Rockaway bank robbery.

Police say Robert Land, of East Rockaway, robbed the Capital One Bank on Main Street in East Rockaway just before 10 a.m. yesterday. 

Land, 40, was found at his home around 8:30 p.m. and arrested. 

Police say Land was also in possession of heroin when he was arrested.
