An attorney who practices in Lake Success has been arrested for allegedly stealing from a client.

According to police, 64-year-old Sean O'Leary was arraigned Wednesday for allegedly stealing $60,000 from a woman he represented in a personal injury claim in January 2021.

O'Leary, of Huntington, pleaded not guilty to grand larceny.

If convicted, O’Leary faces up to 5 to 15 years in prison.
