Officials say a lawsuit at a West Babylon nursing home involving a male stripper will move forward. 

A judge says claims filed against the East Neck Nursing and Rehab Center in West Babylon have merit. 

The family of an 86-year-old resident is suing the facility after it hired a male stripper to entertain residents. 

The center claims the patients asked for the adult entertainment.
