A Montauk man accused of raping a 14-year-old girl is expected to face a judge today. 

Juan Zhingri-Deleg, 26, will be arraigned in Riverhead on second-degree rape charges. 

There are reports he allegedly began a relationship with the girl last year when she was 13 years old.
