Police say a man has been arrested in a string of home break-ins in Nassau County. Investigators say Jaime Nunez, of Hempstead, made his way into three homes and attempted to break into a fourth in Garden City back in June. Police say Nunez got away empty-handed in all of the burglaries except one, where he allegedly stole cash and jewelry.
