General Mills has voluntarily recalled some of its flour over an E.coli risk, the company announced.
The company says all five-pound bags of gold medal unbleached all-purpose flour with an expiration date of Sept. 6, 2020 are affected.
E. coli was discovered during sampling of the five-pound bag product.
The company says other types of Gold Medal Flour are safe.
General Mills says it has not received any direct consumer reports of confirmed illnesses related to the flour.
