On this week’s Food Truck Friday, News 12 Long Island’s Erin Colton tries out The Oyster Lover, which will be at the Great South Bay Music Festival this weekend.

The truck describes their efforts as “sea-to-truck” because they farm the oysters and they come right to the truck.
