A massive memorial made for Gabby Petito in Florida is set to come down Tuesday.

Mourners placed flowers, stuffed animals, cards, pictures and more at City Center Fort Green in North Port.

The city says the items are being damaged, so the memorial is set to be taken down and given to the Petito family.

News 12 is told a permanent memorial is in the works.
