Some Farmingdale kids have just punched their ticket to a national competition in Washington, D.C. 

For the second year in a row, Farmingdale High School won the Brookhaven National Laboratory Science Bowl.

As the regional winners, the Farmingdale squad will now go to a national competition in the District in April.

The National Science Bowl is one of the premiere academic competitions across the country.
