Police say a driver has been arrested after plowing into a building in Hicksville. 

The incident happened at the corner of East Barkley Street and Broadway just after midnight. 

An ambulance was on the scene, but it is not clear if anyone was hurt. 

The unidentified driver has been charged with DWI.
