Police say a Queens man is accused of ripping off people looking for work at Bethpage Credit Union. 

Dominick Stewart is accused of posing as a bank employee and targeting people at the Hempstead Bus Terminal. 

Police say Stewart would promise his victims a job, but charge them an undisclosed application fee. 

Stewart allegedly issued bogus checks as part of the process. The checks were returned for insufficient funds.
