Founder Sean Ricci, who formally worked at The Beeracks for Overshores Brewing Co., is exploring the fringes of beer flavor in East Haven with a rotating series of fruited sours and styles that play with adjuncts from maple syrup to gooseberries, even including one batch brewed with goat bones.
