Police say a nursing home employee robbed a 95-year-old Alzheimer's patient in Commack.

According to police, Jason Battaglia, of North Massapequa, took a gold necklace from the woman's neck at Gurwin Nursing Home in June.

Police say Battaglia later returned the necklace to a nurse, claiming he found it on the floor.

The 32-year-old is facing grand larceny and drug charges.
