Men disguised as landscapers may be ripping off vacant homes in West Islip.
Linette, who did not want her last name to be identified, says that her husband Robert saw three men with a lawn mower around her in-law's new home on Kime Street in West Islip.
The home was vacant at the time, and their in-laws hadn't moved in.
Linette says her husband filed a police report because the home was broken into.
It is not clear what was taken. The previous owner's belongings were found in a pile near a broken back window.
