A Westbury man is accused of dropping a bag of cocaine in a car in front of police.

Police say Bettis Richardson went over to a parked car on Jericho Turnpike in Syosset yesterday afternoon.

They say he tossed a plastic bag of coke on the floor, coincidentally as the Bureau of Special Operations conducted an investigation.
