America's VetDogs hosted its annual golf classic fundraiser Monday at the Huntington Country Club.

The event helps defer the costs needed to train and match service dogs with veterans with disabilities, which typically costs upwards of $50,000.

Those with the organization says it receives praise and thanks from those who have received assistance dogs.
