A Great Neck couple received the ultimate Christmas gift Wednesday.

Alexandra Leah Hollander was born on the side of Community Drive and Northern Boulevard on Christmas Eve.

Karen Hollander was driving alone when contractions started. Police and paramedics showed up within minutes of her calling 911.

Both mother and baby are doing fine.
