(AP) - Police are investigatingwhy an airplane part fell from the sky in Roosevelt.

Residents called police on the report of a suspicious object onthe front lawn of a home.

Officers found a 3-foot-by-4-foot cone-shaped piece of metal.Investigators determined it had fallen from a commercial airplaneThursday evening.

Police didn't immediately say which airline owned the part.

No one was injured.
