Police say two high school seniors were hospitalized after a head-on crash in East Meadow this afternoon.

The East Meadow High School students were headed to BOCES when their car collided with another vehicle, officials say.

The incident happened on Stewart and Carmen avenues around 11:30 a.m.

There is no word on what caused the crash.
