They're sometimes easily distracted and get in the way of Bronx pedestrians on a mission. So, should people who stroll along while incessantly sending text messages get their own part of the sidewalk?
hit the streets to see what viewers think about dividing sidewalks into two lanes. While some were in favor of the idea, others said there are more important issues to worry about.
National Geographic sectioned off a sidewalk in downtown Washington, D.C., to see what pedestrians would do when given the same choice.
