Woman injured in shooting near Queens, Nassau border
Police responded to a shooting on the Nassau-Queens border in Elmont this morning. The NYPD says a 22-year-old woman was shot in the neck on the Queens side. The incident occurred on 115th Avenue.

Police responded to a shooting on the Nassau-Queens border in Elmont this morning.
The NYPD says a 22-year-old woman was shot in the neck on the Queens side. The incident occurred on 115th Avenue.
According to officials, an eyewitness saw a car speed away in the direction of Elmont.
No arrests have been made.
The woman is in serious but stable condition.
