Van Brooks arrested in connection with murder of Xavier Logan on Castle Hill Avenue
A Bronx man was arrested in connection with a fatal shooting that happened back in May.
Police say Van Brooks fatally shot Xavier Logan in the head and chest on May 11. The alleged murder happened on Castle Hill Avenue.
Police are still looking for a woman to question her about the shooting.
