Uncle arrested after toddler thrown down flight of stairs in New Cassel

A 3-year-old is in the intensive care unit Tuesday after police say his uncle threw him down a flight of stairs. According to police, 31-year-old Tommie Blaylock was high on PCP at the time of the incident.

Uncle arrested after toddler thrown down flight of stairs in New Cassel
A 3-year-old is in the intensive care unit Tuesday after police say his uncle threw him down a flight of stairs. According to police, 31-year-old Tommie Blaylock was high on PCP at the time of the incident. Police say Blaylock had an argument with members of his family at his in New Cassel home when he picked up the boy and threw him from the second-floor landing to the first floor. Blaylock has been arrested. The toddler?s family says the boy is in fairly good condition at Nassau University Medical Center.
