(AP) - Police say a tow truck driver has died after hepulled over on a Bronx road and was hit by a car.
Gustavo Hernandez was towing a U-Haul truck when he pulled ontothe shoulder of the Cross Bronx Expressway shortly before 7 a.m.Sunday. Police say his truck was having mechanical problems.
Police say the 66-year-old got out of his truck and was hit by apassing car. He died at the scene.
The driver of the other car has been arrested on a charge ofaggravated unlicensed driving.
