A 17-year-old was charged in the fatal shooting of a 16-year-old boy in Bed-Stuy, police say.
Justin Delapara, 17, was charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon after police say he fatally gunned down 16-year-old Latrell Brown Wednesday.
The incident happened in front of 481 Macon St. around 2 p.m.
Police responded to the area and found Latrell unconscious and unresponsive with a gunshot wound to his head.
He was transported to Kings County Hospital where he later died.
Surveillance video from a nearby restaurant shows Delapara shooting a gun before running down the street.
Police say they believe the two teens were having a dispute before the shooting.
The area remains taped off as police continue their investigation.
