Tasty Tuesday: Vincent's Clam Bar

Vincent's Clam Bar has it all - pasta, seafood, baked clams, calamari, pizza and meatballs! News 12's Carol Silva visited the Carle Place spot to try some of its amazing dishes.
Frutti Di Mare recipe:
Oil: 3 oz-fl
Sliced Garlic: 2 tbsp
Squid (Calamari) : 6 oz-wt
Clams: 3 ea
Shrimp: 3 ea
Mussels: 18 ea
Salt: Pinch
Black Pepper: Pinch
Chopped Basil: 2 tbsp.
Chopped Italian Parsley: 1 tbsp.
White Wine: 2 oz-fl
Vincent's Marinara Sauce: 6 oz-fl
Vincent's Mild Sauce: 9 oz-fl
Pasta of Your Choice
Heat oil in sauté pan; add garlic and brown.
Add calamari, clams, shrimp and mussels, season with salt and pepper.
Sauté 4-5 minutes; add basil, Italian parsley, and white wine.
Cook for 1 minute; add marinara and mild sauce, bring to a boil and simmer one minute.
Serve over pasta of your choice.
