Tasty Tuesday: Pasta Pasta

Six cheese tortelloni with lobster and cremini mushrooms recipe:
1 tablespoon butter
3 oz chardonnay
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1/2 tablespoon chopped shallots
8 oz tortelloni
6 oz lobster meat
1/2 Cup cremini mushrooms
Sautee shallots in olive oil add butter and cream reduce it down. Then add mushrooms and saute for a minute. At the end add the lobster and pour over cooked Torteloni.
