Tasty Tuesday: Healthy back-to-school snacks

It's back-to-school season and we need to focus on snacks, because making the right choices can set up our children up for success all day long.
Dietitian and nutritionist Bonnie Taub-Dix says that it's important for parents to also eat healthy snacks, because then their kids will also follow.
She says that snacks should have the perfect trifecta of protein, carbohydrates and fat.
