Owners of a martial arts school in Huntington say they're receiving violations for holding classes outside.

Like many small businesses that have been having a hard time financially during the pandemic, Luiza and Bart Pontecorvo, who own Atomic Tae Kwon Do, say they have been doing what they can to stay afloat. They say the town is not making it easy.
The Pontecorvos closed their doors five months ago on March 16.
They started doing classes on Zoom, but then moved their lessons to the park - and then their own yard at home.
They say the Town of Huntington gave them to a notice to stop operating outside or face legal action.
The owners say they're in danger of going out of business.
The state is allowing gyms to reopen on Monday, Aug. 24 at 33% capacity, but the martial arts school owners say that won't be enough to help them stay in business.
